This is a Raoult’s Law problem pH2O = XH2OpoH2O.

First work out the number of moles of the sugar.
From the density work out the total number of grams in
1 L of solution. Subtact the number of grams of
sugar from this total to give the grams of water in 1 litre.
Work out the moles of water and then calculate the mole fraction.

Now you are ready to solve Raoult’s Law.
